Interview Preparation
1:1 coaching, in person or virtually.
£550
An initial 90 minute session, with a follow-up 45 minute session.
Preparing for an interview can be a daunting and lonely task. Whether it is for a new job, a place on a course or programme, or an internal promotion, it is often cloaked in mystery (What will they want to know? Will I cope under pressure? How hardcore will the questioning be? Do I need to prepare a presentation for the interview?) and kept to ourselves due to fear of failure. Over two sessions, we will prep for the interview together, finding:
Clarity about why you are right for the position, with examples you can easily draw on.
Ways to feel secure and confident on the day, and manage self-doubt and anxiety.
The power of first impressions, self-presentation, and presence.
Practice questions that are relevant and exposing, which we will drill together.
You will come away from our time together feeling equipped with tools to perform at your best and ready to have a two-way conversation that examines not only whether you are right for the position, but also whether the position and organisation are right for you.
‘Bella provided a 1-1 session to offer feedback and coaching on my presentation style. She helped me prepare for a presentation as part of an interview for a senior civil service position. She gave detailed and insightful observations about my personal impact and concrete practical suggestions on how to enhance my delivery; everything from how to warm up my voice, what to do with my hands and how to structure my presentation. She gave me confidence and I am pleased to say that following Bella’s support I was offered the role! Highly recommend.’
