Bella Rowe - Founder

Welcome! I’m Bella - a performance and communication skills practitioner based in London, where I live with my husband and two young children. After university, I trained to be an actor at The London School of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and went on to spend over a decade in the design industry. I combine a host of tried and tested performance techniques with a wealth of experience in presenting, client-facing communications, and project management to help you get to the point and make a tangible difference to your impact.

Having struggled with crippling stage fright and performance anxiety myself, I know firsthand how terrible it feels when fight/flight/freeze kicks in at the wrong moment. I’m passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles to clear communication and thrive under pressure, using advanced communication skills and presentation skills training.

I worked hard to solidify techniques which unlock ease, authenticity, and fluency in professional settings. As an experienced and skilled communication coach, I deliver dynamic, insightful, and unpretentious workshops and one-to-one coaching, to give participants simple and accessible tools which can be used immediately to take back control, feel comfortable, and be memorable.
